I was happy to see tea offered for my Keurig coffee maker. If you are a fan of Bigelow's tea bags and a Keurig coffee maker owner, you won't be disappointed with this tea! If you don't yet own a Keurig, what are you waiting for??

This is one of my faves. But it could use a bit more punch, I usually add a pinch of Cinnamon to kick it up a notch.

Refreshing when served hot or iced

R.C. Bigelow, Inc. was begun in 1945 by Ruth Campbell Bigelow, a tea connoisseur who wanted to offer even more taste opportunities to American tea drinkers. Among the many teas and herbal infusions that are offered by Bigelow is the Orange & Spice tea, which is a healthy mix of rosehips, spices, hibiscus, orange peal, chicory, and natural orange. The result is a nice combination of orange and spice, with cinnamon predominating.
Overall, I found it to be a good tea, refreshing when served hot or iced (I make it in the Keurig machine in the morning, and put it in the refrigerator in preparation for the afternoon). It is naturally caffeine-free, which means that it is a good tea to drink at any time of the day or night. This is a very nice tea, one that I don't hesitate to recommend. (By the way, check out the interesting recipes on Bigelow's website!) |
Good for a KCup product

While this doesn't brew as strong and tangy as I'd like it to be even on the smallest cup setting, this tea does taste very good for a Keurig type product. You can definitely taste the lovely mild orange and spice mingling. I just personally prefer more of a tangy bite to my spiced teas. Best so far though of all the K-cup spice tea styles I've tried. Getting it on Subscribe and Save auto ship saves a few bucks. I will definitely continue to order more.

I don't drink tea but I got my wife a sample of this stuff. She put some honey in it and I have to admit that it tasted great.
